Since its establishment in 2013, Yulun has been constantly pioneering and innovating, and has grown into a well-known enterprise in the mattress pocket spring machinery industry.
Before the establishment of Yulun, the founder and chief engineer –Mr.Qilian Huang, has 18 years of mattress spring production and management experience.The purpose of establishing Yulun is to change the situation of the mattress industry,and through our technological innovation, to greatly improve the mattress producing efficiency,and realize the intelligent manufacturing.Taking R&D as the core, Yulun keeps innovating. In 2017, Yulun was rated as "High-tech Enterprise". By June 2022, Yulun has obtained 76 patents, leading in the industry.
Since 2015, Yulun has invested heavily in purchasing a number of advanced CNC machining centers and independently processed metal parts. The main electrical components of the products are from suppliers of international and domestic well-known brands. Yulun has passed the international quality system ISO9001:2015 certification. From R&D to raw material testing,from machine assembly and commissioning,we have set up the corresponding control standards, and we can control the whole production process.All these aspects guarantee the stability and durability of the our products.
