1.It can cut the bottom and top fabrics of the pocket spring units to the nearest 1.5 cm from the springs. When producing roll-packed mattresses, it can save the costs of the bottom and top fabrics, and even no need to cut short the bottom and top fabrics by hands, saving labor costs;
2.Adding a small machine to this assembly machine,you can produce pocket spring units with a foam strips pasted in the middle, which can be used to produce folded & roll-packed mattresses. This way, the length of the roll-packed mattresses will be shorter (for example, the mattress was originally 1.8 meters long, but the length after folding & roll-packed became 0.9 meters), saving logistics and transportation costs;
3.Adding another machine,you can form an automatic production line to produce pocket spring units with 4 sides pasted foam strips (foam box);
